
About the teachers
Anna Perrudin Speierer
Founder of Alive Pilates Studio
Teacher of Pilates and contemporary dance
Anna has been teaching movement in various institutions for the past 10 years.
Prior to running Alive Pilates Studio, Anna worked in Pilates studios and in health and rehabilitation centers in collaboration with therapists. Anna also holds a Bachelor's degree in Dance and Performing Arts and leads choreographic composition and improvisation workshops.
During her professional experiences, Anna has developed an intuitive pedagogy, adapted to the needs of her students. Driven by a real passion for the body and its movements, she never ceases to learn and update her knowledge in order to provide quality teaching.
