Contemporary dance

Course Description:

Through technical exercises, of the improvisation and of the choreographic writing, we explore the fundamentals of contemporary dance: rhythm, space, time, energy, weight and their relationship to the body.

Dance develops a greater body awareness, listening to oneself, to others and to the environment. This artistic and sports practice improves flexibility, posture and breath. Dance is a dialogue with gravity that involves our emotions, our perceptions and our sensations.
